Yet another nuisance from someone claiming to be from "Microsoft." They were all too eager to instruct me to fiddle about with my computer. They insisted they were calling from Reading, Thames Valley Park, RG61, but I found that rather suspect. When I probed for additional information, I was met with a torrent of insults, being called daft and being shouted at to hang up. They ended up slamming the phone down, but I held my ground, keeping them on the line for a good ten minutes before the incessant beeping finally cut through.
