I just got a call from this number, it sounded like a robotic voice pretending to be from HMRC. They said I'd be getting a letter through the post soon. The message kept cutting out so i couldn’t catch everything, but I did hear something about talking to an enforcement officer if I pressed one. I ended up hanging up straight away. I think I had a call like this not long ago from another number, probably the same scammers since it seemed connected.
