Got a call from someone claiming to be Microsoft but sounded like they were from India or Pakistan. Honestly, I couldn’t catch a single word they said, so I just ended the call. Stay clear of these!

Bloody hopeless! They kept ringing for more than two minutes and I didn’t even pick up. Why can’t these annoying idiots find an actual job instead of bothering folks who’re just trying to get on with their day? Proper irritating.

Some bloke called talking about my computer, right? I asked him to explain what he meant, but he just went quiet. After that, I ended the call. Proper daft guy, sounded Indian or something.

Got a call from someone with the email [email protected] who sounded really downbeat. He was claiming there was an issue with my computer. I said, "What computer are you talking about?" He answered, all snobby-like, about my Windows PC. I told him I don’t even have a Windows machine and then he just cut the call.

I ignored the call since the number looked unfamiliar - I don't pick up unless I know who's on the other end. Later, I looked up the number here and found out it's linked to a computer support scam. Watch out for these calls, especially the older folks who might not be so tech-aware.

Got a call from some bloke claiming to be from Microsoft, said my computer had problems and wanted me to download some software. Sounds like a total scam to me, probably trying to sneak in a virus. They’re just targeting people who don’t know better. Best steer clear!

I dont get what he wanted either? Some bloke rang me up claiming there was an issue with my computer. I asked which one and he just said "Microsoft computer" then just cut me off. Really strange, whats the point of that?

Been getting loads of calls from this idiot. When I tried calling back, the number was never recognised. This morning I finally picked up and some bloke called John said I had problems with my computer. Honestly, will just block the number - whoever this fool is, must have nothing better to do with his time.

This number has been such a bother but I reckon I've managed to shake them off at last. An Indian bloke rang saying there was something wrong with my laptop - funny thing is, I don't actually own one. Didn’t let on though, just told him I’d ask my son to check my other computer instead. He tried to say he could fix it himself if I switched it on, but I told him no thanks, my son’s got a job with Microsoft and will sort it. After that, all I got was silence... and then the line went dead. Fingers crossed that’s the end of it!

Some man from India called me, but he dropped the call right after I picked up. Honestly, just put the phone down and let them chat to themselves until they get the idea you’re not paying attention.

Had a bloke on the phone who was really impolite and hard to get a word in. I told him I wasn’t following what he was saying, but he just went on saying that my emails showed a virus on my computer and told me to turn it on. Thing is, I don’t even own a laptop or computer! When I pointed this out, he got all cheeky and said I was wasting his time, even started copying me saying “I don’t understand, I don’t understand.” Properly annoyed me for the rest of the day.

Hands down the most pathetic scam attempt I’ve ever had to deal with. Some bloke with a thick Indian accent kept rambling nonsense, trying to fish for details. Honestly, if all con artists were this rubbish, we wouldn’t have a clue about fraud.

Some bloke kept ringing me a couple of times and then just hung up today. When he did finally talk, he said he was from Microsoft or something and wanted to know if I was near my computer. I decided to humour him. He asked me if I could spot the tab key, I said yes. Then he checked if I saw the 'Z' key, again I said yes. Suddenly, he asked about the 'B' key but called it the "bastard" key, then started insulting me, calling me an idiot, and just cut the call off! What a muppet.

Got a call from this number earlier, some bloke with an Indian accent. He claimed he was from Global Tech, said he was ringing on Microsoft's behalf. Wanted me to switch on my PC right away, and somehow he already knew my full name. He mentioned there was a problem with my computer, which is why he was calling. When I asked him to prove who he was, he got all pushy and kept insisting I turn my computer on. Thankfully, I didn't fall for it.
