I got a call claiming to be from British Telecom saying they'd stop our internet and phone lines because of some sort of misconduct. They told me to press 1 or 2 to talk to a "BT representative." But we pay everything by direct debit, so there’s no way they should be cutting us off. Felt like a total scam to me.
