This lad called my elderly mum pretending to be from the Nat West Anti-Fraud team in London. They were asking for her bank details and even seemed to know her balance and stuff. The call came from a mobile, and when I tried ringing it back, it seemed to go abroad, maybe India or somewhere. When I asked some questions, the bloke just hung up on me. After that, the number was blocked when I tried calling again. Funny thing is, my mum doesn’t even have an account with Nat West!
