So I got a call from someone saying they were BT but gave my previous address. They claimed someone switched my internet settings from private to public. When I asked a bit more, they started getting all pushy. I told them I’d just hang up and ring BT myself. Then they said I was being silly and threatened to cut off my phone and internet. I just ended the call there.
