I got a call from this number and some Indian guy picked up, saying hi with my first name like he actually knew me, which felt really weird. When I asked how he knew my name, he just claimed it was to do with a government debt thing. Could be quite risky for people who actually owe money and might fall victim to this.

Yesterday my fiancé got a call but no one spoke. He sent a text asking who it was but never got a reply. Then tonight at 10:54 the same number called and just hung up straight away. They rang again a bit later, my fiancé picked up and could hear voices and someone saying his name. We honestly have no clue who it could be or what their reason is.
