Got a call from a guy called Sebastian, sounded Asian, said he was ringing from BT about my IP address changing from private to public. Asked me what I do online, like banking, shopping, emails and all that, told me it wasn’t safe. I had a feeling it was dodgy but went with it, told him I only use emails. Then he said they’d fix my IP back to private in about 15 minutes. I checked with BT afterwards and it’s definitely a scam, so watch out!
