Got a call from a woman with an Asian accent claiming she was calling from Microsoft. She said there’s been some dodgy activity linked to my IP address. I told her I’d check with my internet provider to sort it out. As soon as I put the phone down, I heard her shout angrily over the line. Then, just moments later, another call came in from a different 07477 number. I picked up but ended the call straight away. Over the past couple of days, I’ve seen about four other similar numbers pop up.
