This has “scam” written all over it. They claimed HMRC sent me a letter that got returned and threatened legal trouble unless I talked to them. Then they tried to get me to talk to an operator, but I hung up straight away. Pretty sure HMRC don’t call from mobile numbers or use American-sounding robots!
