Totally a scam. I got a recorded message at the start from someone speaking with an american accent saying it's from Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs. First off, Her Majesty passed away, so it should be His Majesty now. Secondly, HMRC wouldn’t be using this number, especially not a mobile one. Seems very dodgy to me. Best to just ignore and steer clear.
