Got a call around 11am on the 26th of July, some bloke with a South Asian accent saying he was from Microsoft. When I asked what it was about, he said there was something wrong with my account and insisted I should log in right away. I asked why I needed to do that, and he just repeated, "you need to log in, do it now." I told him I wasn’t going to follow orders from some random cold call and hung up. Then he started shouting down the phone, got all angry. As soon as I ended it, my phone rang again straight away from the number 07477 430512, but I didn’t pick up.
