I got a call from someone pretending to be from HMRC saying I owed some back taxes. Honestly, I wasn’t quite sure what kind of trick it was, so I kept asking questions, and eventually, the bloke just ended the call. Definitely feels like a scam to me.

So today I got a text from this number saying something like, "Hi Ms Brina, Miss Anna left her bag in the room’s closet. It’s got phones and papers inside. Can you check it out?" Seemed fishy to me, probably spam. I’ve blocked and reported it straight away.

I got a call from someone looking for a 'John', but there's no one by that name at my house. I tried to explain it was the wrong number, but the person on the other end just didn't seem to get it and hung up suddenly.

I saw the number but didn’t answer it since it was unfamiliar. They never bothered to leave a message, so I’m guessing it was either a telemarketer or just someone dialing the wrong digits.
