I think this was one of those automated AI calls. It kicked off by asking if I was C, Mr J, or Mrs J! Claimed it was to see if I qualified for a double glazing upgrade. Kept cutting me off with “great” no matter what I said, sounded really stiff with weird pauses here and there. When I called it out and said it seemed like an AI, it just kept repeating “I am a customer advisor” like a broken record. Fair play, it did manage a proper answer when I asked about the weather! I ended the call after that.
