I’ve gotten calls like this about 4 times over the last month. Every time it’s the same recorded message with a heavy American accent saying something like "official notice returned, press 1 to talk to someone to prevent legal trouble." If you hit 1, they put you through to someone who’ll try to get your name and other details (I gave them rubbish info). Then they ask if you’re working or not. I said I’m retired, and the person on the other end just hung up straight away. Definite scam alert here.
