I’ve been checking up after my mum got 3 calls from this same number today. The bloke on the line spoke with an American accent and kept insisting he was from Microsoft. He was really pushy, trying to get her to speak to him. Mum ended up just hanging up, but he phoned right back and warned that her computer would get damaged if she didn’t do what he said. Feels like a scammer preying on older folks who might not know better.
