Got a call from a woman with a foreign accent claiming to be from a call centre about my phone line and broadband upkeep. I threw a bunch of questions at her which totally threw her off. She told me I’d paid £11, which was rubbish. Then I asked who she was with and she said EE - which wasn’t right either. She just wouldn’t back down though, kept pushing even though I tried to say no.
