It was one of those automated calls, not an actual person. They claimed there was some fraud involving my Visa card and said £800 had been withdrawn from my account. Then they told me to press 1 to talk to the fraud department. I immediately ended the call. If it was real, my bank would have contacted me already. I logged into my online banking and there was nothing wrong. Plus, I don’t even have a Visa card!
