My daughter got a call from this number claiming she was wanted for theft, tax evasion, and several other crimes. They asked for her full name and address but never said which organisation they were representing. She's still studying full-time and hasn’t even worked before, so this was all completely false. They kept pestering her to stay on the phone so they could explain what steps she had to take. The connection wasn’t great, and eventually she just ended the call. It really shook her up.
