Had a cheeky call on the 5th of June 2023 around a quarter past two, claiming to be from HMRC but clearly just a scam. A pre-recorded message, by a woman with a rather odd accent that seemed to straddle the Atlantic, informed me that my correspondence had bounced back from my last registered address and that "legal proceedings will commence imminently." It went on to urge me to press 1 to chat with an agent. It’s blatantly a scam, but I can imagine some folk might feel a bit unnerved by it all.
