I got a call from some company called Dispute Resolution Contract Services from Cheltenham, about Diamond Resorts. They told me I owed fees even though I left like 18 years ago. They said I had a week to respond or the new owners of Diamond Resorts would start legal proceedings. Definitely a random cold call, feels like a scam to me.

I just told them straight up it was a time share scam call. Didn’t bother wasting any more time on them.

So, I got a call from someone saying they were Dispute Resolution Specialists or something like that. Seemed fishy straight away, like a scam or trying to get info or money outta me. Definitely sounded dodgy, wouldn’t trust that kind of call one bit.

I kept getting calls from what they claimed was Cheltenham about some Time Share issue and threatening me with a County Court Judgement if I didn’t pay up. Over just a few hours, about 3, they rang me at least 10 times from different numbers. Got proper fed up of being constantly annoyed and then being threatened like that.
