Definitely a con. Got a call saying a letter I supposedly sent to HMRC was being sent back and that legal steps would follow. Then it asked me to press 1 to talk to someone, but it was just a robotic woman's voice. Just so you know, HMRC never phones from a mobile and they don’t leave voicemails.
