Got a call from a woman speaking with a foreign accent, telling me about some government scheme to help reduce debt supposedly in my name. I told her straight up it sounded like a scam and ended the call quickly. Just a heads up to everyone, watch out because they’re trying to get your personal info.

I got a call from a very polite Chinese woman checking on how I was doing. I asked her straight up what she wanted, which seemed to throw her off. She attempted to carry on, but I told her since she was calling me from what sounded like a call centre, there had to be some kind of official reason. After a moment of silence, she just ended the call. It’s definitely a scam. Don’t give these tricksters any info, or they’ll rip you off completely.
