Some bloke called saying he was with Prestige, claiming he worked alongside EE and even knew details about my account. Then he went on about how no one at EE would recognise them since they supposedly don’t train their staff on this. I told him how daft that sounded and he got proper annoyed, shouting and talking over me. I told him it’s not on to speak to a customer like that and just hung up. What a muppet. A quick look online showed loads of people got bad deals and felt ripped off. Could be risky, I’d steer clear of these lot.
