I've told this outfit loads of times that we're not interested, yet they keep ringing different numbers with some pitch about new insulation we supposedly need. Honestly, it's just turning into proper harassment now.

He rang my missus a couple of times, claimin’ some global database said there's fibreglass insulation in our loft. First time was alright, but the second time when she asked how he got that info, he lost it and started abusin’ her, callin’ her a moron before telling her to "f*** off"! He said his name was Jason or summat.

He rang me up asking if my loft had any insulation. I said yeah, British Gas put it in. Then he says, “That’s actually not what the government wants people to have.” Asked if I’d be in tomorrow, but I said no and told him to call back. I’m guessing he might try again, but I’ve blocked the number now, so he won’t get through.
