Got a call today from 07471824071 claiming to be Virgin Media asking how my broadband was. I told him the connection was rubbish and asked him to repeat himself. When I asked what it was about, he got really annoyed and asked if I even had broadband. I told him if he was really Virgin Media, he'd already know. That set him off proper! I just said goodbye scammer and hung up. He sounded well annoyed. Watch out for these nasty scammers, they’re no joke. Stay safe everyone!

Got a call from some automated message saying there were a couple of dodgy transactions on my bank account. It told me to either confirm the payments or press a button to speak to the fraud team. I got a call almost the same about a month back, just hung up straight away. Rang my bank using the official number and they said nothing weird had happened. Total scam, be careful!
