I got a text, not a call, saying I'd missed a package and asking me to go to a website to sort out another delivery and pay an extra fee. This kind of thing has never happened to me before, plus I know the delivery guy and he’s always told to just leave parcels if no one’s in. Thing is, I was home all day.

Got a message pretending to be Hermes about paying £1.45 for a parcel redelivery. Thing is, I have a safe spot sorted with Hermes, my partner and I were both home, and I’m not waiting on any parcels! Also, I actually know the Hermes driver. Pretty clear to me it’s just a scam trying to steal my card info!

Got a message claiming to be from Hermes saying I need to pay £1.45 for a parcel redelivery. Thing is, I’ve already got a safe drop spot arranged with Hermes, I even know the courier in person, and both me and my partner were home all day. Also, I wasn’t waiting on any parcel at all! Definitely a trick to steal bank details, don’t fall for it!
