Got a text from this number saying it was 02, telling me to update my payment details to ‘avoid extra charges’. I’m with giffgaff which is kinda part of 02, but I’m on pay as you go and top up every month, so my payment info and balance are fine. Pretty sure it’s just a scam trying to get at my info.

Just got a call telling me to check a link for my most recent O2 bill. Thing is, I’m pay-as-you-go and have never had a bill from them before. Sounds like a proper scam to me.
