Heads up: this number is definitely a scam. I got a text claiming Royal Mail couldn’t deliver a parcel and told me to click a ‘secure’ link for redelivery info. I didn’t open it on my phone, but checked the link later on a safe computer. The site looked just like Royal Mail’s tracking page and even showed parcel details saying I owed postage. But when you hit continue, it asks for loads of personal info like your full name, email, DOB, and address. Don’t enter anything on there! I’m planning to notify Royal Mail about this phone number.
