I got a call saying I’d just bought an iPhone off Amazon for £399 and was told to press ‘1’ if I wanted to talk to their customer service about it. I looked through my Amazon orders and there was nothing like that. Seems like a total scam to me - I reckon if I’d pressed ‘1’ they’d have ended up taking loads of money from me without me realising!
