So this person claimed they were from Amazon and told me someone was attempting to get into my account, even though I haven’t used it in ages. It just didn’t sit right with me because they sounded dodgy, and when I asked a straightforward question about my account, they totally fumbled the answer. Feels like they were fishing for the verification code I was supposed to have received. I ended the call abruptly and decided to shut down that account just to be safe.
