They kept calling me over a couple of days, so I finally picked up the phone on Tuesday. The person said I’d booked a spot in some kind of building directory, which left me puzzled since I couldn’t remember signing up for that. Later, they sent me the paperwork and a recording that clearly showed I had actually made the booking. I felt really bad about how rude I’d been at first. In the end, the guy was surprisingly patient and proper helpful about everything.

I signed up back in November and even got a 3 minute call recorded as proof! Honestly, I’ve never come across these folks before.

They claimed the ad was requested back in November, but we never got any confirmation emails then. Plus, the person they said we should contact for advertising isn’t even on our advertising team. So either their info is totally off or just plain made up.
