Got a text saying I owe a fine from the high court, something about a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN). It claimed that if I don’t pay today, I’d miss out on a 50% discount. It warned that failure to pay a parking fine to my council within 28 days would lead to court action and extra fees. Of course, the message had a dodgy shortened link to "pay". Definitely a scam, so I’ve reported it.
