Got a message from this number saying I’ve got a parking fine. It said I had to pay straight away else the fee would go up, and then I could make an appeal once I paid. The link was a bitly one, leading to a site that looked like a government page but wasn’t actually on gov.uk. Definitely looks like a parking scam to me.
