Had some aggressive callers saying they were from BT Openreach or Microsoft, worrying me about a supposed security problem with my PC. They kept passing me between accounts and tech support. After telling them several times I didn’t trust them, I was nearly ready to end the call. Suddenly, they threatened to block my computer and told me to f*** off. Honestly, BT and Microsoft really ought to improve how their reps handle customers and speak on the phone.

I got a call at about 3:20 this afternoon, but the person just cut off straight away without saying a word.
