I think I’ve been conned and I’m planning to get in touch with my bank and the police. I bought a laser metal cleaner after seeing an ad on Instagram, but it never showed up. The receipt said it was from New Michelle Trading Limited. I reached out to the email on the receipt, [email protected], and was told the item was on its way with tracking details provided. However, the tracking now says it was delivered to Ireland, not my place here in Wales. I tried emailing Chuanliu again but got no reply. I also rang the number 07465 737390, but it just said the phone couldn’t take calls right now. Reading through other posts, looks like loads of people have had the same problem. Definitely a scam. Feeling pretty gutted about it. :(

This number seems linked to [email protected] and NEW MICHELLE TRADING LIMITED with the phone +44 7465 737390. I ordered some cosmetics from them but never got anything delivered. After a while, I reached out to my card provider who’s now investigating the matter. The seller did send a couple of emails claiming the goods were sent, but when I asked why nothing showed up, he just stopped replying. Proper rip-off.

I’ve been trying to get in touch with 07465737390 since I ordered something on the 16th of August. It’s the contact on the order confirmation email. I still haven’t got my package, and tracking says it’s been sitting at a sorting centre since 15th September. I’ve emailed them a few times but never heard back. When I rang the number, it just goes to voicemail that says they don’t take calls. Seems like a complete scam to me.
