I received a call earlier where the individual claimed to be from BT, insisting that I was entitled to a refund of £220.00. Given that my internet service is actually through Virgin, I'm quite certain it's some sort of scam.

Got a call from this number saying there’s a refund of £220 from Sky for me. I just told them I don’t even have Sky and before I could say anything else, the line cut off. Classic scam move, so annoying!

Had a call that said it was from BT, but it was on my mobile. They then sent me some code through text. Just ignored it and hung up.
