Right dodgy if you ask me, like a dodgem hitting a jammy dodger. Some bloke called, trying to flog me a contract upgrade and new phone if I just coughed up a fee immediately. Naturally, they wanted my bank info straight away. I kept them chatting while I ran a trace, and turns out the call was from India. They then switched me to some “supervisor” guy who tried to convince me it was legit, even though I was right suspicious. When I asked for some proper security checks, they got all rude and just ended the call. Dodged a bullet there!
