Got a call from a woman with a foreign accent claiming to be from Amazon. She told me that a £49 gift card was purchased using my account and said it looked suspicious. She knew my name and tried to be all friendly, asking how I was and stuff. I didn’t bother chatting, just told her straight up this was a scam… then she just hung up! I can’t stand these scammers! Seriously, how do they live with themselves? It’s really upsetting that some folks actually get duped by this 😠
