I just got a message stating my card was linked to “iPhone 8 Sam’s iPhone”. If this isn’t your phone, it’s telling you to cancel the setup by clicking apple-gb-billing[###]. Anyone else think this sounds a bit dodgy?

Just got an odd text pretty late last night around 11.45pm. I wasn't fully awake and foolishly clicked the link in it, then ended up deleting some info - total facepalm since I always tell myself never to click dodgy links. Now I’m watching my bank account closely just in case. Thankfully, I didn’t type in any of my real details, which I guess is what these scammers want. Should’ve looked this site up before doing anything!

07463171699 I got a text just like this one early this morning at about 4.58am. I ringed Apple’s customer service and they told me straight away its a scam. It said something like: APPLE PAY: Your card was added on to "iPhone#-Sam’s iPhone". If this isn’t your device, you need to cancel the setup here: apple-gb-billing[###]
