Got a call from a bloke with a strong foreign accent who kept saying "Ma'am" instead of my actual name, saying he was ringing from EE. He completely messed up my mobile plan details - not that i said anything to fix him - and even asked which phone i have, info they’d already have if they were legit. I told him i thought it was a scam and hung up. When I checked the number later, it showed it was from Three, not EE.
