Loads of times this number keeps buzzing my phone, but when I pick up, they just hang up straight away!

I got a call from this number and first heard a recorded message claiming to be BARCLAYS. They said they needed to verify two payments - one was quite small, the other was a big international transfer. Then the voice said to press 1 to approve the payment or 2 to chat with an "agent". Oddly enough, the English was really bad, sounded off to me. I didn’t hit 1.
