Just got a call supposedly from O2's Billing team. They wouldn’t give me anything to prove who they really were. Kept pressing me for my personal info. If it’s not a scam, it’s seriously not done properly.

Just got a call off 07462 556676, it was some automated message saying it was Visa letting me know of a £799 charge on my card from Amazon. They told me to press some buttons but of course I didn’t do that. If you get a call from this number, don’t press anything at all. If you’re worried, hang up first then ring your bank direct.
