Had a phone call today about inspecting the insulation of my house, both inside and out, to issue a new certificate. The caller said it was compulsory and that another person would ring me the next day. He kept pushing to check the loft, but only when I started asking more questions did he mention he needed to get into the eaves and beams too. When I said that wasn't possible, he swore at me and hung up.
