Got a call from someone saying they were my phone provider and that I qualified for a free upgrade. Bit suspicious as my actual provider never calls about upgrades, so I didn’t really know if it was legit. Felt like a typical sales stunt, trying to trick people into giving out info. Definitely wouldn’t trust random calls offering “free” stuff, especially when your real provider doesn’t bother!

Just had a dodgy phone call, so I’ve blocked the number, reported it, and deleted it straight away. Better safe than sorry with these scams!
