Today, I went through something similar. I put up a room for rent on Facebook and Spareroom, and got a photo sent to me of the so-called landlord's privates. It was absolutely disgusting. I really hope these kinds of people get caught for acting like that. From now on, if I ever feel unsure about a caller, I’ll definitely make use of this service to check them out.

I was looking into renting a room and got a message from someone who acted like we were already mates. Then they started talking about their landlord wandering about in the nude, saying he was just being a bit cheeky. I arranged a time to see the place, but no one showed up. Later, they went and deleted all our WhatsApp chats. Proper strange behaviour.

This lady called, acting like she was interested in renting a room, then suddenly started rambling about why she left her landlord who apparently walked around in his birthday suit. Really odd conversation.
