Got a call from some bloke tryin' to convince this old couple their window warranty was still good, same 10-year one they said. Problem is, the windows have been up for like 30 years! This happened near Heysham, Lancashire. Felt a bit dodgy if you ask me.

They said our window guarantee was over, but it had only been about two years, not ten. They claimed it’d run out, even though the windows got switched way less time ago. Total scam if you ask me.
