So this person rang me claiming to be from BT, saying there was some issue with my broadband. Her accent was quite heavily Indian, so I wasn’t really sure what she was after. From what I understood, she wanted me to log into my computer so she could fix it. I told her it sounded like a scam and quickly hung up.
