I got a call from a guy with an Asian accent who claimed to be from BT, saying my computer was showing warning alerts. He then started asking loads of questions about my router and PC. Felt dodgy straight away because I could hear a lot of noise in the background, plus I don’t even use BT for my internet. Also, if there really was an issue, my actual provider would have contacted me first. Definitely a scam attempt.
