Just like many before me, I’ve encountered the same issue. The link appears to be completely useless as it doesn’t lead to any destination at all.

Got a text just before 1am claiming to be from DPD, saying I needed to sort out a parcel redelivery. This isn't the first time either! The number this time was different from before (07485 421038). I wasn’t waiting for any packages at all. Looks like a clear phishing attempt.

Got a text out of nowhere just after midnight saying dpd tried to drop off a parcel. Thing is, I never bought anything, so it’s gotta be a scam. Seriously, don’t click on the link they sent - could be full of some nasty virus or malware. Best to just chuck it and report it straightaway.

Got a call about a package that supposedly couldn’t be delivered - total scam just to get your info. Be careful, don’t fall for it!

Just got a message out of the blue from DPD saying they attempted to deliver a package but no one was home to take it. Thing is, I haven’t ordered anything at all. The text says to sort a redelivery, click on this link: [f]view-itemI###i/dpd. Bit fishy if you ask me.
